If you are like me, there are days when the mind moves as if its being chased. How do we quiet our minds? How do we slow our thoughts so that we can be fully present? How do we make peace with ourselves so that we can exhale?
The holidays can bring out the horses within our thoughts. Places to go, people to see and commitments to be kept. However, if you are like me, there are days that our minds are begging to be slowed down. For some of us, we simply aren't aware of how to slow our minds.
Eckhart Tolle, whom many of you have seen on Super Soul Sunday which is a program on OWN;
shares his view on how to quiet the mind. It's very interesting and I hope helpful. As Eckhart states "being aware is half the battle."
