While this seems so mundane, it really works. Try the following and see how you feel afterwards:
1. Close your eyes.
2. Take a deep breath.
3. Settle yourself.
4. Quiet your thoughts.
5. State to yourself: Peace Be Still.
6. Say it again.
7. Say it again.
8. Say it again.
9. Say it again.
10. Say it again.
Did you feel the calmness surround you? Within those moments did you experience a sense of serenity?Was the noise from the world blocked out? Within those moments, nothing was wrong!
All was good as it should be! PEACE BE STILL!! That is your mantra moving forward.
During the day when you are feeling scattered, overwhelmed and out of sorts, take a few moments and state emphatically to yourself...PEACE BE STILL!
