When In Doubt...Pray

Hello My Friends! I hope all is well and you continue to strive toward being who you are.

Doubt is a serious task master. She has existed for hundreds of millions of years and will continue her mission many moons after we've moved to the next state. She is persistent and is always a challenge to what we know to be true.

Doubt according to most spiritual points is the most tenacious of all; as through her all of the others will follow. Doubt brings fear and we know that with fear the pictures that she creates can alter the spirit and cause the eyes to believe unknown terrors that may afflict us.

When doubt arises...PRAY! Kneel, bend, squat or stand..just pray! Pray that doubt is leaving. Pray that doubt flees from your spirit with speed. Pray that doubt cannot stand with you as you know that you and the Creator are a mighty army and together you have through billions of years...remained undefeated.

Pray my friends! Pray with intensity. Pray with faith. Pray knowing that the circumstances that are causing a division within your soul will be solved. Simply pray! When in doubt and with doubt...Pray.

Forgiving Yourself

Hello My Friends! I hope you and those you love are well.

How many of us are still hanging on to things we did many years ago? How many can sit in the memory and feel as if "that thing" happened yesterday. How long do we sit "with that thing"?
I would take a wild guess and state "it is most of us."

My message to you....Forgive yourself...please forgive yourself! Why? Because "that thing" you did is over and your road to forgiving yourself is to let it go; so you may begin your healing. Easier said than done...of course. However, you must let it go. If not, you will not move forward. You will not become what you are striving for. You will remain in the the shadow of that thing and constantly remind yourself that you still are that person that did that thing. It's not true!

Forgiving yourself is so freeing. Forgiving yourself is the step toward loving yourself. Forgiving yourself is not allowing that thing to define you for the rest of your life. Let the thing go. It's not holding on to you...you are holding on to that thing. The only power it has is the power you give it. Repeat..The only power it has is the power you allow. Why give your power to a nothing?

Set yourself free. Put the thing where it should be...in the black hole of nothingness and never to be seen or heard from again. Please set yourself free!

Prayers to the World

Hello My Friends! Today I am sending my love and prayers to the world. There are many happenings across the globe that need us...and need us now!

Please take a moment out of your day and send warm and loving thoughts across the globe. They seem to be needed everywhere. From small towns to major cities our loving thoughts are needed.

Shootings along with inclement weather appear to be begging the question - "Where is the Creator"? "Why is the Creator allowing this? Why can't the Creator put an end to all of this?
To answer your question - First - the Creator is present and will always be present. As to the other questions - my answer is "I don't know." I really don't know. I have asked myself the same.

What I do know is that I will continue to believe that the Creator is fully present and the Creator will never let us down. There must be a reason and I will hold to that. There must be a reason.

Please keep your thoughts held very high. This is a time that we must not doubt that the Creator is in control and knows what is being done. Keep your prayers and thoughts in tact. Do not waiver. We don't have all the answers and may never know. Until the answers are known to us...
rest in the knowledge that despite what we see...there is always GOOD!

Pray for the World

Hello My Friends! I hope you're well and your loved ones!

The message this month is ...Pray for the World. It's that simple and that profound. We need more prayer to help the Creator help us. We need to move outside of ourselves and those who are family and friends and spread peace and love to the world.

As you kneel, sit or stand to offer your daily message to the Creator...Let the Creator know that you wish your prayers to be for ALL.

What we are seeing and experiencing at this moment...will not last. It's merely the cleaning up and getting out a tremendous amount of "old ways of thinking." Yes...it appears difficult and some of us will feel pain that we have never experienced. However, the Creator KNOWS all and at this time, we don't understand what the plans are.

To all of you who have lost loved ones...I pray for you. To those who are experiencing trials and tribulations...It will not last for ever...This too will pass. However, continue to have faith that the light is shining through the darkness and at this moment...we must know it's there.

I love you and I'm praying for you all.

Stressed Is Desserts Spelled Backwards

Hello My Friends! I hope you are all well and enjoying your summer!

As you know, I'm in the process of changing my website. Unfortunately, I will be starting from scratch and it's a daunting task. I started stressing behind the idea of all of the changes and of course...stressing only makes situations worse. It was brought to my attention that the word "stressed" is "desserts spelled backwards. WOW! That was a total unexpected learning moment.

I realized that desserts are a wonderful pleasure and to be enjoyed after a delicious meal. I reflected and began to realize how silly it was that I was not enjoying the "trials and tribulations" of my process and therefore could not see it was a dessert.

The stresses that come to our lives are desserts. They are the perfect pie that allow us to see the pieces that must be left "uneaten." We have an opportunity to bite here and bite there without over indulging ourselves. Bite by bite is how we eliminate a potential "stomach ache."

Enjoy the process of stress and realize it should not be called stress as it's merely showing us that behind all of the so-called madness...a beautiful dessert is waiting for us! With that said...I will not stress on having my website up so quickly. I will know that when it is complete...it will be a most wonderful dessert!

Action Is Required

Hello My Friends! I hope all is well with you and your loved ones. I hope the inclement weather that is being experienced across the world is out of harm's way for you!

As many of you know, I am working to change my website and believe me...patience is truly a virtue. However, what I am learning is that there are many of us that simply need to take action.

Taking actions when you have promised yourself or someone else that you will do something. It's not your words that are important in that moment, it is the action after you have spoken the word.

When you agree to do something for yourself or for someone else...take action on your words. It can be disappointing to you and to others if you do not complete your end of the agreement.

Action is important! It helps us realize our goals and aspirations. It helps us reach our potential "action by action." It helps us deliver on the promise that we are seeking to be better than what our previous actions have demonstrated.

Take action today! Get up and get it done! What are you waiting for? Nothing will ever change in your life until you take action!

Hello My Friends! I hope all is well with you and your loved ones.
Spring is upon us, and as always, it initiates change. Spring allows us to renew and replant for the coming months, so that we may reap what we we have sown later in the year.

I have begun my Spring cleaning and that will include a new website. The changes will be mutually beneficial to all that visit. As you are aware, updating a website requires patient and attention to detail. This site has not had an upgrade since I began in 2013 which was six years ago. It's time!

I'm hesitant to give an exact date when the change will appear, however, know that one day it will arrive. I hope once it has been completed, you will enjoy the refreshed view!

Change is good! We all must be willing to renew and replant; after all, we cannot see the growth if the garden remains cluttered with outdated plants.

You Are Not Broke!

Hello My Friends! I hope you and your loved ones are well! Spring is almost here and the dawn of a new season is upon us.

I was asked to "reprint" this article for a very close friend. Please enjoy it!!

The wealth of being healthy. The wealth of being happy. The wealth of loving and being loved. That my friends makes you one of the wealthiest people on the planet!

I know many of you reading this APPEAR to be BROKE! Notice, I used the word "appear" and not ARE. You are not broke. Never have been and never will be. How can I say that when there isn't a dime in your pocket or purse and tomorrow there is the possibility that you may have to leave your home or your lights, gas or phone may be turned off. You still aren't broke!

Yeah right! That's your response to what you are reading. I already hear your sarcastic thoughts as you sit in the middle of your fear and shame. However, again I will say you are not broke.

It just appears you are broke. What does broke mean? When we use the word broke, what is the message we are sending to our spirit? What is the feeling we are cementing to our souls?

Broke means you are shattered. Broke means you are beyond repair. Broke means you are divided. Now, as you sit with your problems mounting with zero visibility of clearing, ask yourself the following:

• Are you shattered?
• Are you beyond repair?
• Are you divided?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you have just lied. You have problems and they need to be solved. You have issues that need to be resolved. However you are not BROKE! Again, you are NOT BROKE. You merely need to make decisions RIGHT NOW that will make sense for RIGHT NOW.

Don't get in the "dirty water with the dishes...just wash them."

Go outside. Take three very deep breaths and exhale slowly. Remain still and look at the sky. Say quietly as you remain looking at the sky: THANK YOU. I am grateful for what I am experiencing as I know I am not being given more than I can handle. With your grace; this too shall pass. I will get through this. I will get through this! I will get through this!

So ask again...are you broke?
