Speaking of another season; have you noticed that nature never rushes. She is forever patient in all that she brings and all that she does. Nature's patience is a wonderment and should be looked upon as a guide to all of us that "regardless of what it looks like currently", be patient because it will change.
If you are like me, there are times when you want to rush through your life, hurrying to take care of the next thing. However, if you pay close attention, you notice there is and always will be "the next thing." Those things are called "life" and they are never ending. It's where our lessons are held and our lessons learned. This is where patient opens her arms and begs us to allow her to comfort and nourish our souls as the Creator works his wonderment.
Being patient can be one of the most difficult tasks to accomplish. Our sense of instant gratification can be overwhelming and we want to have the circumstance solved immediately. "Don't rush" patience states. If you believe that the Creator is handling all things for you, then why would you choose to rush him.
Therein lies the question: If you are impatient; are you telling the Creator to hurry up?
Until the next time,
Peaceful thoughts,
Dorothea
