Wanted to wish everyone a great week! Today is Monday and we all have goals we wish to reach this week. Some of our plates are "fully loaded" and we become weighed down at the thought of what we either need to do, want to do or must do. You can become weary "just thinking about it."
Well, be realistic in what "you agree" to do this week. There are some things that are a priority and others that aren't. I know it can be a challenge as we want to tackle everything and be free of our list. Quite possibly you have made the list too long for this week and a few of the items can wait. Only you know what "must" be done.
If you find that you have placed too much upon your plate "remove" some of the items to allow yourself "breathing" room. However, don't allow this removal to be your escape for not accomplishing what you know should be taken care of.
Procrastination is an entirely different matter!
